Our Home Run Package includes the home inspection that meets or exceeds the Texas Real Estate Commission's (TREC) standards of practice (SOP). This is an important step to ensure that all aspects of your potential new home are in good working condition. This package also adds a Termite inspection to the process, which is essential for identifying any past or present wood destroying insect activity, potential damage caused by termites or other wood-destroying organisms and any conducive conditions that can attract such organisms such as termites. As well as a floor plan of the home that will give you a detailed layout of the home with measurements that are up to 95% accurate.
