Home Run Package
Our Home Run Package is designed to give you peace of mind during the home-buying process. This package includes a comprehensive home inspection that meets or exceeds the Texas Real Estate Commission’s (TREC) Standards of Practice (SOP). This critical step ensures that all aspects of your potential new home are thoroughly assessed and in good working condition.
In addition to the standard home inspection, this package also includes a Termite Inspection. This inspection is essential for identifying any past or present wood-destroying insect activity, assessing potential damage caused by termites or other wood-destroying organisms, and noting any conducive conditions that could attract such pests in the future.
To further tailor the inspection to your needs, you have the choice between a House Elevation Plot or a Sewer Scope:
-
House Elevation Plot: This service we take measurement of the foundation every 10 feet and give a graph of these measurements. This helps determine the need for further evaluation of the foundation by a structural engineer for further evaluation. This also gives a great base to have to compare in the future if there is ever movement down the road.
-
Sewer Scope: Alternatively, you can choose a Sewer Scope to inspect the condition of the property’s sewer lines, identifying any blockages, major cracks, or other major issues that could lead to costly repairs.
With the Home Run Package, you’re not just getting a standard inspection—you’re ensuring that your future home is thoroughly evaluated for long-term safety and security.
Disclaimer:
VERY IMPORTANT: We are not engineers. We can’t stress this enough. While we may have training and education to form an opinion about a foundation, our opinion is not equal to that of an engineer. The purpose of our service is to provide you with a more accurate opinion of your foundation, compared to our opinion without performing a foundation elevation survey, while still being affordable. If you observed indicators of severe foundation distress or believe your foundation is deficient and want to know about possible solutions, there is no substitute to hiring an engineer. Engineers are the only people who can legally determine if a foundation requires repair or not.)
