Our Grand Slam Package includes the home inspection that meets or exceeds the Texas Real Estate Commission's (TREC) standards of practice, plus a Termite inspection to identify any potential infestation or damage. The importance of a Termite inspection cannot be overstated, as termites can cause extensive damage to a home's structure. This package also include a sewer scope to identify any issues with the home's main sewer line between the home and the street (City Sewer) such as roots, grosley damaged or broken pipes and more. We will also complete the floor plan of the home which will give you a detailed home layout with measurements that are up to 95% accurate. Don't forget to ask about add-ons such as pool & spa, sewer scope, water well, or floor plan inspections.
