On average our inspection process takes from three to four hours and is completed on site. We have electronic reports that are completed at the residence and emailed to you and your agent the same day. At the end of the inspection before we leave we will review the report with you to give you the knowledge you need to make an informed decision. Because we value our customers and strive to go above and beyond, every home inspection includes thermal imaging at no extra charge.
